When you buy: e-mail address, name, company (optional), billing address, plan and number of seats, date of the withdrawal-right waiver. Card data is processed by Stripe only.

For licensing: licence ID and an anonymous technical ID for each activated seat.

The website uses no advertising cookies or analytics. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and never transmitted.

Drawings and documents processed by the Software never leave your computer.

Performance of the contract: issuing and sending the key, seat management, invoicing, support.

Legal obligation: keeping accounting records.

Legitimate interest: preventing fraud and licence abuse.

Stripe (payment and invoicing), Neon (database), Resend (e-mail delivery), Cloudflare (hosting of the website and downloads). Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Licence data: for the life of the licence, then 3 years.

Accounting records: 10 years.
